It’s Not too Late For Your Sales Team to “Sharpen their Axes” Before Attending The IDN Spring Summit – 3 Quick Tips

  • DETAILED REVIEW OF AGENDA
  • LEARNING TRACKS – Deploy Your Team Strategically
  • REVERSE EXPO – Know Your IDN and GPO “Must Sees”

Detailed Agenda Review – using the on-line format from the IDN Summit website, which allows you to drill down on details of each event. This really helps to understand where and when your targeted prospects will be, besides the Reverse Expo.

Learning Tracks Deployment – this is a great opportunity to not only learn, but to potentially sit next to your targeted prospects.  The challenge is how to deploy your team strategically.  Monday’s sessions have 5 tracks running simultaneously: Clinical, Digital Transformation, Executive Leadership, Financial Operations, and Pharma – a total of 15 different sessions.  If you don’t plan in advance, you could end up having all your sales team attending the same 3 sessions!

Reverse Expo Planning and Execution –  100 separate booths, representing IDNs and GPOs. Over 1,100 Sales Executives, who have 3 ½ hours (4 hours if their company is a Sponsor).  Do the math!  This is where the “sharpen the axe” analogy really applies, so that your targets and messaging is already determined before you walk in the Exhibition Hall.
